The utility fee required within the Brezje Zone is :

a. for manufacturing activities 0,64 kn/m2 (EUR 0,09)
b. for office space and services 3,2 kn/m2 (EUR 0,43)

• Investors who qualify for preferential prices – a land purchase price reduction of 30% – will receive a utility contribution reduction of 50% over a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement of activities in the Zone,
• Investors who qualify for preferential prices – a land purchase price reduction of 60% – will receive a utility contribution reduction of 50% over a period of two (2) years from the date of commencement of activities in the Zone,
• Investors who qualify for preferential prices – a land purchase price reduction of 80% – will receive a utility contribution reduction of 50% over a period of three (3) years from the date of commencement of activities in the Zone,The investor is obliged to inform the City in writing of the commencement of activities.
